Update of datasheets

In January we have updated the datasheets of the following power semiconductor devices:

Fast recovery diodes:

Fast recovery (high frequency) diodes are used in static energy converters and other AC and DC circuits for frequencies of 2000 Hz or more, as well as various power units requiring low reverse recovery time trr and low recovery charge Qrr. A special feature of such diodes is their high current-carrying capacity at high frequencies.

Fast recovery diodes by Proton-Electrotex have the following features:

  • high resistance to electric and thermal cycling;
  • low dynamic losses;
  • low values of reverse recovery time trr and reverse recovery charge;
  • high reliability means minimal equipment downtime;
  • optimized for industrial use.

Thyristor modules:

This module has an industry-standard A2-type housing with baseplate size of 60x124 mm.

Thyristor modules are designed for energy converters and other DC and AC systems of various power electrical installations.

Proton-Electrotex offers a wide lineup of single- and dual-component thyristor modules for voltages VDRM/ VRRM from 100 to 6500 V and currents ITAV from 115 А to 1280 А. All thyristor modules by Proton-Electrotex have a pressure-contact design that ensures high resistance
