Results of the year
It is a good tradition to sum up the annual results, make predictions and plans for the future on the eve of the New Year holidays. 2024 had a huge number of very different events.
The past year has shown that it is very important for a company to adapt to circumstances, swiftly change work processes, and be flexible. Thanks to hard work, responsibility and good decision making of its employees Proton-Electrotex continued full operation, development and improvement of the product quality.
In 2024, we sold more than 200,000 units of products to our customers, both in Russia and abroad.
The team of highly qualified engineers of JSC Proton-Electrotex developed and launched serial production of a family of IGBT in transport and industrial qualification with voltage 1200V, 1700V, 3300V and current from 450A to 3600A in different houses. Proton-Electrotex expands its product line with two-channel plug and play IGBT driver designed for IGBT modules type MIXM and voltage up to 1700 V and 3300 V. The driver provides short-circuit protection of transistors and has a function of a soft IGBT shutdown that protects the transistor from destruction. The driver also has undervoltage protection.
Also IGBT modules manufactured by Proton-Electrotex received a confirmation of production from the Ministry of Industry and Trade according to government decree №719, which establishes the requirements for localization of production in our country. The Conclusion provides an opportunity to participate in state and municipal programs and take support measures.
In 2024 Proton-Electrotex took part in international electrotechnical exhibition ExpoElectronica 2024 in Moscow, Mocroelectronica 2024 in Sochi, ElectronicaSouth China in Shenzen. Company presented a number of our new products.
It is very important to improve the qualification of the company's employees. Throughout the year, the company's employees attended different events that allowed them to improve their professional level. As part of the business program of the «Consortium of the Radio-electronic Industry Association» at the exhibition «Electronics of Russia» D. Malyy, a leading engineer for research and development of power semiconductor devices spoke with the topic «Power semiconductor devices of JSC Proton-Electrotex. Experience in development, production and successful competition in the global market».
Representatives of Proton-Electrotex took part in the International Academic & Research Conference “Energy and Resource Saving – XXI Century”. The main goals of this event are to develop and promote the latest scientific achievements, technologies and best practices in promotion of energy and resource conservation, digital technologies in the power industry and electrical engineering. 5 scientific papers were presented for the section "Power semiconductor devices and converter technology".
The company's employees became winners of the all-Russian competition «Engineer of the Year». Engineer for new technology, Sergey Antonov was awarded as the winner of the first round of the competition according to the version of «Engineering Art of the Young» in the nomination «Radio Engineering, Electronics, Communications». Leading engineer for new technology, Dmitry Titushkin, is included in the «Register of Professional Engineers of Russia» in the nomination «Radio Engineering, Electronics, Communications». The company's employees were awarded by the Governor of the Oryol Region as part of the celebration of "Machine Builder's Day" and "Electronics Industry Worker's Day".
The activity of Proton-Electrotex in 2024 was noted at various levels. Proton-Electrotex won the Electrosite International contests of marketing communications. The All-Russian business rating placed our company in first place among companies in the Oryol region in the section “Wholesale trade of other machines, devices, apparatus and equipment for general industrial purposes”.
Proton-Electrotex is constantly working to improve the quality of existing products and expand the range of semiconductor devices and power units for various application areas. An important goal for 2025 is to expand import supplies.
