IGBT modules in the MIHM, MIHV, MISM, MISV, MIXM, MIXV housings are available for order
The team of highly qualified engineers of JSC Proton-Electrotex developed and launched serial production of a family of IGBT in transport and industrial qualification.
The following types of IGBT modules are available for order:
• IGBT modules in MIHM housing (140/190mm) – 1700V, 3300V; from 1200A to 3600A.
• IGBT modules in MIHV housing (140/190mm) – 3300V; 1500A.
• IGBT modules in MISM housing (140/130mm) – 1700V, 3300V; from 800A to 2400A.
• IGBT modules in MISV housing (140/130mm) – 3300V; 1200A.
• IGBT modules in MIXM housing (100/140mm) – 1200V, 1700V, 3300V; from 450A to 1400A.
• IGBT modules in MIXV housing (100/140mm) – 3300V; 450A.
IGBT modules manufactured by Proton-Electrotex received a confirmation of production from the Ministry of Industry and Trade according to government decree №719, which establishes the requirements for localization of production in our country.
IGBT modules in these housings are designed for use in converting equipment of railways, subways, urban public electric transport, industrial electric drive.
