Foundation of the automation laboratory of Proton-Electrotex JSC
In January 2011, employees of Proton-Electrotex JSC organized and launched the work of the Scientific and Technical Center.
The division constantly develops measuring systems for various types of bipolar power semiconductor devices:
- IGBT modules
- diodes and thyristors in tablet, modular and pin versions
Moreover, it allows you to measure semiconductor elements without housings, as well as test finished power units.
The measuring equipment developed by the Scientific and Technical Center makes it possible to accurately assess the current wear of existing instruments.
STC employees make an invaluable contribution to the development of the Proton-Electrotex company. The center is responsible for the development of an automated unique complex for measuring modules (AKIM), designed specifically for the needs of the production of power semiconductor devices.
