The event was held on June 13 and was dedicated to providing the railway industry with an electronic component base.
During the meeting, the needs of the industry, current state, development plans and necessary measures to provide the railway industry with electronic components were discussed.
In the course of the event, a report by representatives of Proton-Electrotex JSC on the production of IGBT modules for railway transport was heard. Topics of production capabilities and further plans for the development of this direction were discussed.
Proton-Electrotex offers a line of power IGBT modules with voltages of 1200 V, 1700 V, 3300 V, 4500 V and 6500 V for use in converting equipment of railways, subways, and urban public electric transport.
